What’s the difference between a roll off and a front load dumpster?
- Roll Off Dumpster: A roll off dumpster is a temporary rental that works best for residential projects, community events, jobsites and construction projects at a commercial business.
- Front Load Dumpster: A front load dumpster collects daily business trash and stays on the commercial property, with a custom pickup frequency and agreement contract that fits your business needs.
How often will my trash be picked up?
We offer custom commercial trash pickup schedules depending on what you need. Simply call us at (919) 582-7777 to talk about your dumpster rental needs and we can work with you to set up your service. If anything changes over the course of your contract, your account manager will be there to make any necessary adjustments and to ensure that your front load dumpster rental and commercial trash services go smoothly.
How should I load a front load dumpster?
Depending on the size you choose, your front load dumpster, or permanent dumpster, will have doors placed on hinges so you can close the container when not in use. When loading the dumpster, ensure all debris is placed inside the container. Please do not leave debris around the sides or sticking through the top of the dumpster as this might delay your waste pickup schedule. Our drivers cannot accommodate or haul overloaded dumpsters.
What can I not put in my front load dumpster rental?
We value taking care of the environment – which is why we enforce what can and cannot go into our dumpsters rentals. Batteries, asbestos, harmful chemicals, medical supplies, and flammable liquids are considered environmental hazards and should not go in any dumpster.
If you need to dispose of potentially hazardous materials, first familiarize yourself with the North Carolina Hazardous Waste Rules. Or, please call (919) 582-7777 to ask one of our team members what can’t be placed in a dumpster rental. Please note that additional fees may be charged for some materials. Be clear and up-front on what you plan to put into a dumpster so that you will not be penalized for hazardous content.
When will my permanent dumpster rental be delivered?
Permanent dumpster deliveries depend on seasonality, dumpster availability, and when your existing waste removal contract ends. If your business doesn’t have an existing commercial trash service, your dumpster rental will typically be delivered within three business days after we receive your signed agreement. Please speak with your account manager for a more customized and accurate dumpster delivery estimate.
What size permanent dumpster should I rent?
The size of your permanent dumpster depends on the size of your business and the volume of your waste. If you’re a mall, shopping center, or restaurant, you’ll need a larger dumpster than a preschool or local coffee shop. Review our dumpster size chart to help you choose the right size dumpster for your business, or call our team of waste management professionals at (919) 582-7777 to help you find the right size dumpster for your business.
